After reading Born to Run, I felt that I needed to give Chia seeds a try. I bought a canister at Whole Foods last night and ate some in yogurt in the evening.
This morning a put a tablespoon in my cup of green tea. I think I would say that I enjoyed them more in yogurt. I'll see tomorrow morning whether or not I can now run for hundreds of miles.

I liked the book too - were you able to run hundreds of miles?
