4 days in a row now. This is starting to feel more and more like a streak.
The good thing is that this feels like something that is working well with my body. My 5K recovery continues to go well. The remaining soreness is very minor. I think the tough thing for me to do now is to keep my effort down. I don't want to push a run at this point.
Given the time I'm getting up to run, I'm barely awake when I start off. It's interesting to see how I wake up as I run.
I'm not a big believer in stretching or warming up before a run. Instead, I like to start off gradually and ease into a run. It just feels like the right way for me to get a run started.
