What's up with my eyes?

I'm not really sure what's going on with my eyes. I think my distance vision might be getting better, but my up close vision might be getting worse, unless I'm not wearing my glasses. Without my glasses, I can see really well up close, as long as it's really close.

Despite the fact that myopia is probably a Disease of Civilization, I doubt that it is easily healed as an adult, especially one in his 40's. Yet, if I would guess, I would say that my myopia is less severe than it was 6 months ago. I'm finding now that I see better with an older pair of prescription glasses than with my newer glasses.
