I'm sore this morning, but not from last Sunday's 10K, but from Thursday's speed intervals. It's a good kind of sore, though. I set a new PR on my Garmin for fastest pace. My speed has gotten a lot faster this year. I'm not sure how that will eventually translate into race times, but I suspect that it will. I just haven't had a race yet, where I've tried to really put this to the test.
What are the stumbling blocks I've found to living Paleo?
- living in a non-Paleo household
- the deceptively seductive power of sugar
- a workplace full of non-Paleo treats
- living in a non-Paleo culture
- bad habits
- laziness
Yet, despite all those things, I'm still doing a fairly good job of this. I just need to be aware of those things that are trying to knock me off the track.
